We strive to provide 99.9% uptime; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or damages resulting from the use of our services. Use our hosting at your own risk.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violations of this TOS or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

We are not responsible for any refunds except in cases of major issues such as the complete shutdown of hosting services. Small issues or temporary service interruptions do not qualify for a refund.

From time to time, we may offer free hosting services or giveaways. We reserve the right to terminate or discontinue these free services or promotions at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
